Opt-In Evidence
LyonTech AI SMS Automation — Consent Methods
This page documents the consent methods used for the LyonTech AI SMS Automation program. End users who receive SMS messages through participating businesses opt in through one of the following pathways.
1
Missed Call
A customer calls the client's business phone number. If the call is missed, an automated SMS is sent identifying the business by name. The first message includes clear identification of the sender and instructions to reply STOP to opt out of future messages.
2
Existing Customer (Service Intake)
During service intake, the client business collects the customer's phone number and informs the customer that SMS follow-up may be sent regarding their service, appointment, review request, or quote. Consent is obtained at the point of collection through verbal or written notice consistent with the client's intake process.
3
Web Form
The client's customers submit a contact or request form on the client's website. The form includes an SMS consent checkbox that must be selected before submission. The checkbox language discloses that the user agrees to receive text messages related to their inquiry, with links to applicable terms and privacy policies.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
To stop messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email jack.lyontech@gmail.com.
