What we collect: We collect your mobile phone number, the date and method of opt-in, and message interaction data including delivery status and any replies or opt-out signals you send.
How consent is obtained: Consent is collected through two pathways:
- Customers who call a LyonTech client business and reach voicemail receive an automated SMS reply sent in direct response to the call they initiated. The outbound message identifies the business by name and includes opt-out instructions.
- Customers provide their phone number at the point of service — verbally or on a written intake form — and are informed that service-related SMS messages may follow.
Message types: Messages sent through the program include missed-call replies, appointment confirmations, quote follow-ups, and review requests.
We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other data sharing.
