Program Name
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the LyonTech AI SMS Automation program (the "Program"), operated by LyonTech AI at lyontechai.com.
Description of Service
LyonTech AI SMS Automation provides automated text messaging services on behalf of participating businesses, including but not limited to:
- Missed call text-back notifications
- Review request and reputation follow-up messages
- Quote and estimate follow-up sequences
- Other transactional and service-related SMS initiated with appropriate consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in through one of the methods described on our Opt-In Evidence page, you agree to receive SMS messages from the business you contacted or engaged with, delivered via LyonTech AI's platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business (e.g., missed calls, completed jobs, open quotes). You may receive multiple messages over time related to your service relationship.
Charges
Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from that Program thread unless you re-opt in. Reply STOP to cancel.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LyonTech AI and participating businesses are not responsible for carrier network issues outside our control.
Eligibility
Participation requires a compatible mobile device and an active wireless plan. You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
